pak804 is not responsible for delays or failures caused by your bank, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or any other payment service provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes of a successful transaction on your payment provider's end, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

pak804 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, with or without explanation. Bets are only accepted and confirmed when a bet receipt number is generated and displayed to you. Verbal or implied acceptance does not constitute a binding bet.
In the event that odds are displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure, pak804 reserves the right to void all bets placed at the erroneous odds and, where applicable, return stakes to the relevant accounts. pak804 will not honour winnings derived from clearly erroneous pricing.
If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or otherwise fails to reach its natural conclusion within a timeframe specified in the relevant sport's rules, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. Specific settlement rules for cricket, including rules around rain interruptions, DLS method application, and match abandonment, are detailed in the cricket-specific betting rules available in the platform's Help section.
Live in-play bets are accepted subject to real-time odds availability. pak804 may suspend in-play markets at any time during a match without prior notice — for example, during a wicket, a review, or a weather interruption. Bets placed during a market suspension will be voided and stakes returned.
All casino games and live dealer tables available on pak804 are provided by third-party certified game studios.
